Position Title: RN – Interventional Radiology

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11235

Duration: 8 Weeks

Job Type: Contract | Local

Shift: Days (5×8s)

Local Pay Range: $75 – $80/hr ($3,000 – $3,200/week)

Position Summary:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking RN – Interventional Radiology for an exciting job in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pre-, intra-, and post-procedure patient care

• Assist interventional radiologists and technologists with procedures and sterile technique

• Administer and monitor moderate sedation ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols

• Perform IV starts and phlebotomy accurately and efficiently

• Continuously assess and document patient condition and response to treatment

• Act promptly in emergent situations and manage high-acuity care needs

• Educate patients and families on recovery expectations and discharge instructions

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for seamless workflow and outcomes

Qualifications:

• Active NY Registered Nurse License (required)

• Minimum 2 years recent critical care experience (ICU, ED, or PACU strongly preferred)

• Proven proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy & conscious sedation (required)

• Certifications: AHA BLS & ACLS (required)

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and patient advocacy skills
