Wage - $53,000 annually

Rotating Schedule – Full Time, Tuesday – Sunday and Monday - Off, Tuesday - Thursday 4:00 pm- 1:00 am Friday 3:00 pm - 12:00 am, and Saturday 4:00 pm - 1:00 am

What you will be doing: You’ll be responsible for the orderly operation of the center during evenings, weekends and holidays as designated by the center director in compliance with government and management directives.

Essential Duties:

• Act as center director in his/her absence during evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Monitor and maintain effective control through personal observations by making periodic checks of center wide activities as well as facilities, dormitories, cafeteria, etc. and report potential or existent non-resolved problems to the center director.

• Confer with parents, center personnel and counsel students concerning problems relating to student actions on and off center.

• Maintain a safe and clean work area that models high standards for a work environment.

• Make decisions in emergency situations that are determined to be disrupting the orderly operation of the center.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and three years related experience, two of which must be in a supervisor capacity preferred.
• Directly related experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
• Experience with youth, excellent written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
