The Department of Design and Construction (DDC) , Land Division is looking for an experienced Hawaii State-licensed Residential or General Appraiser who is ready for steady work hours and complex, unique, independent appraisal assignments. You will independently appraise residential and residential-related properties involving partial takings, severance damages, easements, access rights, and other unusual or legally sensitive valuation problems. Help the City determine fair market value for properties that the City seeks to use to improve our community.
