The Live Chat Agent is responsible for providing real-time customer support through chat platforms. This role focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and order support while ensuring a positive and professional online experience. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat.
Provide accurate product, service, and account information.
