Standby Weekend Caregiver Hours * Saturdays & Sundays * On-call from 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM * You will be notified by 3:00 PM each day if any evening coverage is needed * Must be able to report to a shift within 1 hour of being contacted Pay & Compensation Structure * $25/hour Premium Pay for all hours actually worked (or $26/CNA) * Guaranteed minimum of 16 paid hours per weekend * If fewer than 16 hours are worked, the remaining balance is paid at $20/hour * You may work more than 16 hours depending on call-off volume Pay Examples: * Work 10 hours → 10 x $25 = $250 + 6 x $20 = $370 total * Work 20 hours → 20 x $25 = $500 total Requirements * Available on-call from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturdays & Sundays * Must be able to arrive within 1 hour of being called * Reliable transportation and active phone monitoring * Experienced Caregiver Nursing Assistant with exceptional attendance and job retention * At least 21 years of age * Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record * 3 years of driving experience * Proof of Auto Insurance (your name must be listed as an authorized driver) * High School Diploma or GED * Able to lift up to 50 pounds safely * Must pass state & federal background check and fingerprinting * Experience assisting both male and female clients * Experience with dementia care and end-of-life care preferred Job Tasks May Include * Light housekeeping: bathrooms, kitchens, laundry, dusting, garbage * Meal prep, cooking, baking * Companionship and conversation * Interactive caregiving * Errands and transportation * Assistance with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) * Hands-on personal care: dressing, grooming, hygiene, incontinence care * Safe mobility support and use of transfer equipment * Medication reminders and assistance * Communicate with Client Care Coordinator as needed * Electronic documentation of all care provided What We’re Looking For * Strong work ethic and ability to work independently * Professional and compassionate demeanor * Excellent written and verbal communication * Positive references and employment history showing excellent attendance and job retention Benefits * Weekly paychecks – every Friday! * Competitive pay structure * Locally owned and operated agency * 24/7 support from care team * PTO (Paid Time Off) * Paid training and onboarding * Electronic shift documentation * On-line paystub access * Work near your home – limited driving Apply Today!
