Job Title: UX DesignerJob Description We are seeking a talented UX Designer to build and launch website content for luxury brands, supporting ecommerce, marketing, and site merchandising objectives to drive revenue and achieve KPIs. This role involves partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project delivery and contributing to the UX design process for new features. Responsibilities + Build and launch website content for luxury brands to support ecommerce and marketing objectives. + Partner with E-commerce and Creative teams to ensure high-quality project delivery. + Drive successful, on-time project launches by resolving roadblocks and managing priorities. + Collaborate on competitive analysis to optimize site usability, performance, and design. + Support process improvement by adhering to best practices and identifying efficiency opportunities. + Contribute to the UX design process as both a consultant and hands-on designer. + Facilitate communication between QA and development teams through detailed bug reporting. Essential Skills + Proficiency in UX design, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design. + Experience with design tools such as Figma. + Ability to execute projects using web technologies and maintain brand consistency. + Skill in coding responsive, optimized, and accessible web pages. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HCI, or related field. + 1-3 years of experience in a related field. + Experience writing HTML, CSS, JavaScript both with and without a framework. + Experience with UI/UX design applications such as Figma. + Experience working within Salesforce Cloud Commerce is preferred. + Experience in E-Commerce is preferred. Work Environment The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. The candidate should manage time effectively and work well both independently and as part of a team. The environment involves using technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design applications like Figma. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Durham, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr. Medical/dental/visionPTO/holidays Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Durham,NC.
