We integrate professional trading data, global financial news, a trading community, and an innovative web platform to provide users with better data, tools, and performance.

Join our dynamic team at Moomoo as a Trading Associate, where your passion for finance and technology can thrive. As a Trading Associate, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing our customers' trading experience and building long-lasting relationships. Your work will focus on equities trading, options trading, margin investing, and related issues experienced by our fast‐growing presence in the marketplace.

What You'll Do:

• Communicate with customers using email, phone, and chat, providing efficient and effective solutions with kindness
• Professionally and efficiently resolve customer complaints, issues, and disputes, handling escalated complex cases when necessary
• Act as the voice of the customer by identifying and communicating customer pain points or opportunities to the product team
• Develop deep subject mastery and offer personalized support on complex trading strategies, derivatives, and investment opportunities
• Pursue additional licenses to broaden your professional expertise and contribute to the growth of our business
• Proactively develop and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth customers, acting as their primary point of contact for trading-related inquiries
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize trading operations and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements

What You Bring:

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 required
• Bilingual English/Chinese proficiency required
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics or related field Preferred.
• Exemplary professionalism with meticulous attention to detail, patience, and empathy
• Strong crisis management and decision-making skills
• Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities
• Capable of working under high-pressure conditions
• 1+ years of relevant experience in the financial industry preferred
• Experience executing and managing trades across different asset classes preferred
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements preferred
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate accountability by taking ownership of their actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions—including punctuality and attendance—while responsibly managing leave in accordance with their agreed entitlement.

*Specific shifts will be scheduled according to business needs, primarily aligning with U.S. market hours

Base pay for a successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000 . This role is also eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus plan.
