We are looking for outgoing, energetic individuals to join our Reservations/Customer Service team. Job Responsibilities:

• Sales Environment: Comfortable working in a sales-driven environment, converting inquiries into bookings.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with homeowners, guests, vendors, and staff through phone and email.
• Dispatching: Coordinate Maintenance and Housekeeping services as needed.
• Customer Service: Answer inbound reservation calls and inquiry emails with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Technology: Utilize computer and phone systems for the majority of each day, requiring proficient multitasking skills.
• Attitude: Maintain an energetic and positive attitude, ensuring pleasant interactions with all callers.
• Confidentiality: Safeguard client information with the highest level of privacy.
• Accuracy: Provide accurate information regarding cabin availability, rates, amenities, check-in/check-out times, fees, and specials.
• Reservations: Process and confirm reservations, ensuring all details are correct for upcoming vacations.
• Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving any problems or concerns that may arise.
• Feedback: Provide feedback to management regarding services provided and potential areas for improvement.
• Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and customer service is required.
• Skills: Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Technology: Proficiency with computer systems and phone operations.
• Attitude: Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset.
• Work Environment: Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Motivation: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Escapia Software: 1 year (Preferred)
• Hospitality: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
