Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
• Proven background in a customer support position, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting.
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before starting.
• Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and articulate effective solutions.
• Minimum of 2 days in-office requirement, 4 hours each day.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection necessary for remote work.

• Provide exceptional technical and consultative assistance to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues via phone and chat professionally and confidently.
• Implement our prosperity principles to customer solutions.
• Act as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance product and customer experiences.
• Foster high-quality customer interactions that build trust and confidence.
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to help establish a unique service model using field expertise.
• Educate clients on the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, etc.
• Remain updated on all QuickBooks Online developments to continue serving as a trusted advisor and demonstrate ongoing commitment to expertise.
