Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,280 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably with QuickBooks Payments, Payroll, Proconnect, or completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
• Proven customer support experience, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before start date
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
• Ability to analyze and address complex issues, proposing effective solutions
• Willingness to work a minimum of 2 days in the office for 4 hours each
• Reliable high-speed internet connection required for remote work

• Deliver exceptional technical and consultative assistance to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced software issues via phone and chat in a professional manner
• Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
• Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
• Collaborate with Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance product and customer experience
• Craft high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to shape a unique service model
• Guide clients through the advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
• Stay updated on new features and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to remain a trusted advisor
