Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,240 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, with preferred experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money, or a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
• Proven track record in a customer support position, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required prior to start date
• Strong comprehension of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and communicate effective solutions
• Minimum of 2 days per week in-office, 4 hours per day
• High-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work

• Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related challenges through phone and chat in a professional manner
• Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
• Serve as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
• Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to communicate client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
• Create high-quality interactions that build customer confidence
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to develop a differentiated service model
• Guide clients through advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, and payroll, to ensure their enhanced success with the platform
• Remain knowledgeable about updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to serve as a reliable advisor
