Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online, preferably including QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money
• Completion of an Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification is acceptable
• Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS setting
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification required before the start date
• Strong grasp of bookkeeping principles and financial jargon
• Ability to analyze intricate challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate efficient solutions
• Minimum of 2 days in-office requirement for 4 hours daily
• Must have a dedicated high-speed internet connection for remote work

• Provide exceptional technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
• Troubleshoot and mitigate complex software-related concerns via phone and chat in a professional manner
• Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
• Represent the Mid-Market customer, showcasing ownership of their success
• Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share client feedback and enhance overall product and customer experience
• Create high-quality interactions that instill customer confidence
• Discover trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a distinct service model
• Guide clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, including invoicing and payroll functions
• Stay updated on all QuickBooks Online enhancements to serve as a reliable advisor
