Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,240 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience utilizing QuickBooks Online, with preferred exposure to QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification.
• Proven track record in a customer support capacity, ideally within a tech or SaaS landscape.
• Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be provided prior to employment.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping fundamentals and financial terminology.
• Proven capability to analyze complex problems, identify underlying causes, and communicate effective solutions.
• Minimum of 2 days spent in the office for 4 hours each day as part of a hybrid work model.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) required for remote work.

• Provide exceptional technical and consultative assistance to Mid-Market QuickBooks users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve intricate software-related issues through phone and chat in a professional and supportive manner.
• Implement prosperity principles in customer interactions and solutions.
• Represent the Mid-Market customer by taking ownership in ensuring their success.
• Collaborate with teams like Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to share customer insights and foster enhancements to the product and overall customer journey.
• Create engaging customer experiences that build trust and confidence.
• Identify patterns and opportunities within the Mid-Market sector to help develop a unique service model using industry knowledge.
• Support clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, complex bookkeeping, account configuration, payroll, and more, facilitating their success through effective platform use.
• Remain informed of all updates, new features, and functionalities of QuickBooks Online to act as a dependable advisor, showcasing ongoing dedication to expertise.
