Job Description

Salary: $48,000 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience using QuickBooks Online, with preferred experience in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money OR a completed Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
• Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within a tech or SaaS setting
• An active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be submitted before starting
• Strong comprehension of bookkeeping concepts and financial vocabulary
• Ability to analyze intricate problems, determine root causes, and communicate effective resolutions
• Minimum of 2 days per week in the office for 4 hours each day
• A reliable high-speed internet connection (DSL, cable, or fiber) is necessary for remote work

• Provide top-notch technical and consultative support for Mid-Market QuickBooks users
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software-related challenges via phone and chat, maintaining professionalism and reassurance
• Implement prosperity principles in customer solutions
• Serve as the voice of the Mid-Market customer, taking ownership of their success
• Collaborate with teams such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to relay client feedback and drive product and customer experience enhancements
• Create high-quality customer interactions that build confidence
• Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate a differentiated service model
• Guide clients in utilizing advanced features of QuickBooks Online, such as invoicing, bookkeeping, account setup, payroll, and more
• Keep abreast of all updates, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to act as a knowledgeable advisor
