Job Description

Salary: $46,080 - 61,360 per year Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online; preferred knowledge in QuickBooks Payments, QuickBooks Payroll, Proconnect, or QuickBooks Money or completion of Intuit Academy Bookkeeping Certification
  • Proven background in a customer support role, ideally in a tech or SaaS setting
  • Active QuickBooks Online Level 1 Certification is mandatory and must be available prior to starting
  • Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and financial terminology
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex challenges, pinpoint root causes, and communicate effective solutions
  • Minimum of 2 days a week in-office for 4 hours a day; must have a reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional technical and consultative support to Mid-Market QuickBooks users
  • Troubleshoot software-related issues through phone and chat, maintaining a professional and reassuring demeanor
  • Apply our prosperity principles to customer solutions
  • Act as the advocate for Mid-Market customers, taking ownership of their success
  • Collaborate with departments such as Learning & Development, Sales, and Product Management to convey client feedback and enhance the product and customer experience
  • Foster high-quality interactions that instill confidence in our service
  • Identify trends and opportunities within the Mid-Market segment to innovate our service model
  • Guide clients through advanced QuickBooks Online functionalities, promoting effective use of the platform
  • Stay updated with all changes, new features, and functionalities of the QuickBooks Online platform to be a trusted advisor
