Join our dynamic team and revolutionize last-mile fleet management by developing repair strategies that optimize vehicle performance and drive operational excellence. You'll be the critical link between technology, process improvement, and strategic implementation, transforming complex challenges into streamlined solutions that impact Amazon's global logistics network.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive program strategies that transform theoretical concepts into efficient, sustainable processes
- Create and drive cross-functional project plans with clear budgets and measurable outcomes
- Develop holistic solutions that bridge gaps between teams, processes, and technological systems
- Analyze complex data to drive strategic improvements and quantifiable metrics
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize and execute critical business initiatives

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
