Requirements/Responsibilities

What You'll Actually Do:

~Be the Instant Answer Person

~Respond to online chat inquiries with speed and personality—covering everything from memberships and class schedules to billing questions and gym info

Master Multiple Channels

~Juggle live chat, email, and messaging platforms like a pro, delivering real-time support that feels personal and helpful

~Keep Everything Organized

~Log member interactions in our CRM system so nothing falls through the cracks (your future self will thank you)

~Collaborate & Problem-Solve

~Partner with our in-office team to tackle complex issues and turn frustrated members into raving fans

~Track Success & Spot Trends

~Monitor response times, satisfaction scores, and common questions—your insights help us get better every day

What You Bring:

Must-Haves:
~High school diploma or equivalent
~Lightning-fast written communication skills with personality to spare
~Multitasking superpowers (you can chat with three people while scheduling appointments)
~Self-starter mentality who owns their schedule and priorities
~Time management skills that would impress a productivity guru

Nice-to-Haves:
~Associate's or Bachelor's degree
~Customer service, online support, or call center experience
