Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Infusion

Day Shift | Competitive Pay | Relocation-Friendly

We are seeking an experienced Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to join an outpatient oncology infusion team in East Tennessee . This role is ideal for Clinical Nurse II or III candidates with a strong oncology background who are interested in relocating or transitioning from another Tennessee market .

This position provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality oncology care in a collaborative, patient-focused outpatient setting.

Pay:

• $32–$42/hour

• Based on experience and clinical level (Clin II or Clin III)

Schedule:

• Day shift

• Outpatient infusion setting

• Full-time

Practice Environment:

• Outpatient oncology / infusion center

• Multidisciplinary care team

• High level of clinical autonomy and expertise

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to oncology patients receiving outpatient infusion therapies

• Assess patient and family needs and develop individualized plans of care

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy in accordance with protocols

• Monitor patient responses and manage complex clinical situations independently

• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members

• Supervise and support LPNs, nursing assistants, and clinical support staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and unit-based projects

• Precept new staff and contribute to staff education and orientation

Required Qualifications:

• Active Tennessee RN license

• Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience (must be reflected on resume)

• Eligible for Clinical Nurse II or III level

• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Outpatient oncology infusion experience

• ONS Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification

• Experience precepting or mentoring other nurses

• Candidates relocating from outside the immediate region encouraged to apply
