Job Description

Basic Job Functions: Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

• Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
• Operate a roll off truck to load and unload roll off boxes.
• 1st Shift Monday-Friday 4a -12p and every 3rd Saturday 1/2 day.
• Monitor, clean and inspect plant production equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Assist other workers as needed.
• Cleanup and other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
• Experience in an industrial/outdoor work environment.
• Ability to drive equipment under varying working conditions.
• Ability to work with others in a team environment.
• Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.Preferred Qualifications:
