The ideal candidate is a highly conceptual, a storyteller at heart, with a knack for crafting compelling copy and ideas that engage and inspire. You will collaborate with art directors, strategists, and other creatives to develop inventive concepts across various media platforms. **Job Description** **Core Responsibilities** + **Concept Development:** Generate original ideas and concepts for advertising campaigns that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. + **Copywriting:** Produce clear, persuasive, and creative copy for digital, print, broadcast, and social media channels. + **Collaboration:** Engage proactively with the entire team to develop insightful and breakthrough campaigns + **Interaction:** Present creative concepts and copy to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback as needed. + **Editing & Proofreading:** Revise and refine copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice. + **Industry Awareness:** Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform your work. + **Mentorship:** Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior copywriters to foster their professional growth. **Qualifications:** + **Education:** Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a related field. + **Experience** 6-8 years of professional copywriting experience in an advertising agency or similar environment. + **Portfolio:** A strong portfolio showcasing a range of work across different media and industries. + **Skills:** + Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities. + Strong conceptual thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas. + Proficient in adapting tone and style to different audiences and mediums. + Excellent presentation and communication skills. + Comedic to emotional range in terms of execution. + Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. + Proficient in AI concepting tools and content creation techniques.​ + **Software Proficiency:** Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus.
