  Remote Client Representative – AO Globe Life

Location: 100% Remote |  Schedule: Flexible

AO Globe Life is one of the largest providers of  supplemental coverage to labor unions, credit unions, and associations , licensed in 49 states, D.C., Canada, and New Zealand . We are a wholly owned subsidiary of  Globe Life , an  S&P 500 company traded on the NYSE under the symbol GL.

In this role, you will play a  vital part in securing families’ financial well-being through virtual consultations and personalized client support.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct  virtual consultations with clients to understand their needs.
• Assess client requirements and provide knowledge on available financial solutions.
• Build and maintain  long-term client relationships through regular check-ins.
• Complete administrative tasks such as  note-taking, scheduling appointments, and documentation .
