Description Epic Revenue Cycle Project Manager IT Location: UCHealth UCHlth Admin 2450 Peoria, US:CO:Aurora Department: UCHlth EPIC Revenue Cycle It FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $42.41 - $63.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience This is a full-time, exempt/salary position on UCHealth's Epic Revenue Cycle team. Manages complex information technology projects for assigned infrastructure, functions, or customers. Responsible for the Access and Revenue Cycle Readiness (ARCR) Program during Epic implementations at affiliate sites, project and change management related tasks for revenue cycle areas, overall revenue cycle stabilization (E.g. Graph Package), and long-term financial success (E.g Pulse). A senior level project manager title ($48.56-$72.84 /hour) may be an option depending on experience. You must reside in Colorado. Regional travel will be required. Summary: Manages complex information technology projects for assigned infrastructure, functions or customers. Responsibilities: + Develops project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives. + Manages project implementation to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timelines and costs + Identifies, secures, and coordinates the resources necessary for project success. + Manages project team members. + Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action. Requirements: + High School diploma or GED. + 1 year of relevant experience.
