Position Responsibilities Summary: The AccuCare Care Giver Ambassador is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and performs various tasks as called upon to meet the resident’s needs. The AccuCare Care Giver Ambassador is dispatched as needed to a variety of residents at a partner facility to perform various tasks requested. They are responsible for completing requested tasks for residents and reporting/documenting the observations and tasks performed as well as documenting residents name and time spent on each residents requested tasks. The AccuCare Care Giver Ambassador will be assigned in a manner that promotes quality, continuity, and safety of a resident’s care. *THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE NIGHTS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS The AccuCare Care Giver Ambassador performs various non-medical care services as well as personal care services as necessary to meet the resident’s requested needs. The AccuCare Care Giver Ambassador is dispatched according to order of requested services as well as a triage to ensure emergencies are appropriately addressed in a timely manner. Duties: RESIDENT CARE NON-MEDICAL CARE SERVICES Walking dog/pet care, Watering plants Med reminders Wellness check Bed change/linen replacement Bed Turndown Fold towels/hang clothes Escort to meals Encourage and/or escort to activities Unloading groceries Meal Prep Facility greeter, as needed Other duties, as assigned and approved by AccuCare
