Job Title: BookkeeperJob Description
As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions, with a focus on accounts payable and receivable, as well as month-end duties. You will predominantly engage in invoicing customers, while also handling data entry tasks such as bill processing, bank reconciliations, and credit card management. Additionally, you will generate adhoc reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Perform month-end duties including data entry, bank reconciliations, and credit card management.
Invoice customers accurately and efficiently.
Generate adhoc financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel.
Explain the accounting cycle and articulate debit/credit account processes.
Handle shipping and inventory processes, with training available for those willing to learn.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in accounting, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
Experience with QuickBooks for managing financial data.
Strong understanding of bank reconciliation and invoicing processes.
Ability to explain and apply the accounting cycle, particularly debits and credits.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Knowledge of shipping and logistics is a plus, but not required.
Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
