A sophisticated, results-driven law firm is currently in growth mode. They are looking to add a handful of Associates to their team in Orange County, San Diego or Los Angeles. Ideally, if you have a background in business, construction, real estate, corporate, employment or insurance defense, you will be considered. This is a mid-sized law firm with 200+ staff. Requirements:

* 3+ years of experience in litigation, corporate or transactional

* Experience in the following areas are given preference-

* Business Litigation
* Construction Litigation
* Transactional/ Corporate
* Real Estate
* Insurance Defense
* Labor and Employment
* Trust and Estate

* Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
* Exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and legal research skills, and a strong work ethic
* CA License, in good standing
* ABA Law School

Compensation depends on level of experience and may be different than the pay range indicated here.
