Assistant Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We're a growing commercial construction team looking for a sharp, motivated Assistant Project Manager ready to dive in and grow quickly. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role with strong mentorship, real career advancement, and the chance to help shape a new division from the ground up.

What You'll Bring

* 1-3 years of experience in commercial construction (upfits, warehouse renovations, etc.)
* Comfortable with the fast pace of commercial work
* Open to occasional night/weekend shifts when required
* Some understanding of commercial/lite industrial codes a plus
* Familiarity with warehouse construction processes
* Detail-oriented with a hunger to learn and contribute
* Procore and Excel experience preferred (but not required)
