Responsibilities:

• Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts payable data.
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
